With 17 years of expertise across the Human Resources field, Janet Alden-Rahi, SPHR, is the Founder and Chief People Officer of Two Eleven Advisors. She is a results-driven leader who focuses on employee life cycle processes management, cultural engagement, and retention solutions that help companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people. She is dedicated to creating robust corporate cultures that promote continuous business growth and cultivates customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best every day to the business.
Janet started her career in corporate administration and then moved into the non-profit field as a recruiter at Osborne Association assisting formerly incarcerated persons with securing employment in a difficult job market. Her path then led her to working on-site at New York City’s Rikers Island jail system with inmates on resume preparation, interview skills, and college enrollment assistance as they prepared for their release date.
Janet went onto spend 7.5 years in a New York City healthcare non-profit, Public Health Solutions, working across all aspects of HR. She redesigned the new hire and benefits orientation and implemented an annual benefits and wellness fair for 750+ employees. Janet continued in her career working for a global outsourcing service firm, RR Donnelley. As an HR Generalist with a focus on employee relations and cultural diversity, she worked closely with clients in the global banking, financial, and legal service areas.
Janet joined Robert Walters in June 2016 as the HR Manager for Robert Walters and their sister outsourcing company, Resource Solutions. Janet was an “HR of One” and single handily built out the HR function and team in North America. In 2021, Janet was promoted to HR Director and led the HR function for UKI, Middle East/Africa and North America. During her 7.5 years at Robert Walters, Janet revamped the benefits in the U.S. and Canada, implemented a Mentorship program, employee engagement best practices and was the lead on high profile investigations.
In January 2024, fueled by the idea that she could make a difference on a larger scale and help not just one company but many companies utilizing her HR expertise, she founded Two Eleven Advisors. Two Eleven Advisors is a boutique HR Consulting firm that has a deep understanding of Human Resources and helps businesses achieve their business goals by handling all HR aspects from setting up an HR department to working with established companies to help them focus on strategic planning. Two Eleven Advisors works with each client to understand their unique needs and challenges, and develop solutions that are tailored to their specific situation. Two Eleven Advisors do the HR work so companies can focus on & build their business.
Janet leads with integrity, authenticity, empathy and compassion while keeping the business needs as first priority. During her career Janet has been a guest lecturer at Columbia University Graduate school to discuss employee benefits and employee engagement topics. Janet holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Nassau College and SPHR certification as well as AoEC coaching certification. Janet is a member of the National SHRM and local NYC SHRM chapters.

Aly Lebowitz-Warmbrand, MSW PHR, is our Chief Business Development Officer and Senior HR Consultant bringing almost 10 years of HR experience. Throughout these 10 years, Aly has partnered with employees throughout their employment life-cycle from recruitment and onboarding to departure. Much of Aly’s work has focused on evaluation and implementation of benefit programs, company policies and HRIS platforms. From conducting new hire benefit orientations and ensuring employees feel supported upon joining an organization to acting as a trusted partner through their HR lifecycle, Aly takes deep pride in upholding best practice and compliance while also supporting employees both personally and professionally in tandem with meeting business goals.
Aly started her HR career in 2015 at Colony NorthStar, Inc. (formerly NorthStar Asset Management Group Inc.) as a Human Resources Assistant. She served as the HR lead point of contact for all domestic and international business units as it related to employee relations, benefit and company policy inquiries. Quickly she transitioned to a Human Resources Generalist, continuing to support employees throughout their employment life-cycle. In 2018 after almost 3 years, Aly moved onto her role at Robert Walters Group, initially as a Human Resources Generalist for North America and ultimately decided to focus and specialize in the benefits and HRIS areas, becoming the Senior Benefits & HRIS Manager for North America. In this role she was responsible for overseeing the administration and compliance of all benefit programs and policies including employee communications, day to day administration as well as research and discussion with benefit brokers and Senior Management on annual benefit renewals. Furthermore, in this role Aly spearheaded all annual Open Enrollment processes and procedures for 150+ employees from configuration of HRIS to partnering with carriers, in addition to processing all leave of absence requests and paperwork while considering local state leaves, laws and benefits available. Aly’s empathetic, efficient and clear communication alongside her attention to detail and committed work ethic enabled her to succeed in this role.
Aly holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University majoring in Psychology and Education. She also holds a Masters of Science in Social Work (MSW) in Workplace Administration from Columbia University. Aly currently holds certifications from the HRCI as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a SHRM member.
In her spare time, you will find Aly spending quality family time with her children, Jackson (4), Hannah (2), and husband, Matt. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, specifically hiking, and cooking.

She then transitioned to Resource Solutions, where she held multiple senior roles, culminating as the Client Services Director. In this role, Sally managed an extensive EMEA client portfolio, optimized recruitment processes, and spearheaded technology-driven talent acquisition initiatives.
Notably, Sally has restructured talent acquisition functions, achieving significant cost savings and improving time-to-hire metrics. Her leadership in deploying advanced applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms has revolutionized candidate engagement and talent pooling. Sally’s innovative approach includes leveraging AI for enhanced candidate outreach and creating compelling Employee Value Propositions (EVP) that resonate with diverse demographics.
Throughout her career, Sally has demonstrated expertise in managing C-Suite stakeholders, navigating cross-cultural dynamics, and driving large-scale recruitment campaigns. Her achievements include leading a high-volume recruitment campaign that increased direct hires by 234% and creating a social media campaign that met industry click-through rate benchmarks. She also played a pivotal role in global ERP projects, standardizing business processes and enhancing automation and reporting capabilities.
Sally is known for her integrity, empathy, and commitment to excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Canberra and has been recognized for her contributions to the recruitment industry, including a nomination for the Qantas Australian Women of the Year in the UK award.

Samantha Feng is one of our talented HR Consultants. Samantha began her HR career at Robert Walters in New York in 2016, starting out as Office Support and then quickly advancing to become a Recruitment Researcher specializing in Legal & Compliance. She led the New York internship program and worked closely with the local colleges and universities in the Northeast region, which led her to facilitating multiple top-billing hires within a short timeframe. Sam was a natural at matching candidates with their dream role.
Enjoying the recruitment field, Samantha relocated to Los Angeles with Robert Walters to play an instrumental role in assisting the Director to open the new L.A. office. She assumed the role of Office Manager, where she managed the HR, Marketing, Finance, and IT functions for the start-up office.
During the 2020 shutdown, Samantha ventured into entrepreneurship, founding a successful sneaker and clothing resale business. Knowing she wasn't quite done with making an impact at Robert Walters, Samantha returned back to take on an integral role overseeing all Operations for the West Coast offices. With Sam's many years of experience in the business, she took her knowledge and developed a new training program for the Operations department and implemented new procedures. She was solely responsible for training as well as managing the Operations Associates across the U.S. and Canada offices.
Samantha moved into her next role at Levy and served as an Operations Partner. As part of her role, she collaborated directly with startup CEOs and Founders from a wide variety of sectors. Sam oversaw the HR, Payroll, Operations, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance functions for her clients. Her efforts streamlined operations, freeing up significant time for founders to concentrate on their business expansion.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Samantha enjoys collecting sneakers, hiking, cooking, and playing with her two dogs, Dinosaur & Bear.
